課程目標

Three-dimensional computer graphics embraces a large number of application areas, from the fantasy world of film and television to more practical areas such automobile , flight, and many mechanical engineering parts simulation and design. While certain aspects are locked into particular areas – parametric surface techniques are used almost exclusively in engineering CAD – users as diverse as architects, molecular scientists and movie animator use 3D modeling and rendering techniques. The most fundamental of 3D computer graphics include object modeling, Rendering Algorithms, Parametric Representation and Practice, Shadows and Textures, Ray Tracing, Volume Rendering, 3D display and 3D Computer Animation. In this class we will discuss those related topics
